This was a lovely place to stay in an amazing location. We were able to get two cars in the assigned spaces and check in was very easy. There was loads to do and lots of suggestions from the host for activities. We were surrounded by easy to access amenities and would love to stay here again.
Lovely cottage right on the beach.
Great little cottage one minute walk from the pebbly Chesil beach. Nice clean rooms of good size but rather small kitchen; fortunately lots of restaurants nearby so no need to cook! Pub with sea-view terrace and reasonable food about 200m away. Parking right along side the cottage and limited availability in a small free car park opposite. Would stay again and recommend to others.
A great little cottage in a superb location, it backs on to Chesil Beach, and just up from the pub!! If your after a breakfast, whilst you might not think it a first choice, research The Adventure Cafe, its attached to an adventure centre (easy drive)… but it was easily the best I've had in yonks!!! The 2 car parking was a blessing and being able to include our dogs meant we had mega flexibility. Great hosts…. Thank you
Great location, very close to beach.
What a find both the location and the house was perfect. Can't fault the accommodation lots of care and consideration with everything you need supplied and super comfy beds and a perfect sun trap in the courtyard made it a great choice for a break. Portland is a quiet relaxing place with a good choice of places to eat. Thanks
Loved our break at Dolphin cottage!
The perfect weekend away to the beach! The house was spotlessly clean, had a very well equipped kitchen and three lovely, comfortable bedrooms! Located right next to the beach, there were some great lunch spots nearby including Billy Winters and Salt. We loved our stay, thanks for having us!
