Townbridge Retreat

This is a fabulous apartment to stay in. The location is great with easy parking in the garage area underneath. Amy provided very clear instructions to find and access the apartment with helpful recommendations for pubs, restaurants and local activities. We enjoyed the RIB to Lulworth Cove and kayaking with Sea Kayaking Dorset.The buses are very handy with the £3 cap and free for under 16s.

We had a fantastic week at Townbridge Retreat. This place is a real 'home from home' - comfortable with all the amenities you need. The location is perfect for exploring Weymouth with numerous cafes, bars and restaurants on the harbour. Watching the town bridge rise to let the larger boats through from and to the marina can be mesmerising! Thank you for a great week. We will be back.

Fantastic stay. Have been coming to Weymouth every summer for Beatty 20 years but first time staying in town. Great location right on top of the harbour. Apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable.

Secure off street car parking was a real bonus. The apartment was accessed by lift to the second floor. The apartment was spacious and built to a high standard. There was everything you would need and although small the balcony provides panoramic views of the harbour below. There are a variety of restaurants within 100m I can recommend Prezzo and Halls. Altogether a very pleasant holiday.

We found it just right for the two of us. Secure parking was very good. Well placed for visiting various place in Dorset.

We had a great week here. excellent location and plenty to watch on the harbour from the balcony. the apartment was so well equipped, it was like home from home. Kitchen excellent. Comfortable beds and settee and chairs!; (comfy seating is what you need after being out all day!)
Safe parking too.
The staff were friendly and helpful when we contacted them prior to arrival. We hopefully will be back. Excellent.

Great location for river action and the town position.  Loved the local restaurants and so close to the flat.
Liked watching the bridge action and the boats passing.  Interesting walks up the coast and RSPB parks.

This apartment is perfectly positioned in a stunning location, offering everything needed for a fantastic stay in this vibrant and picturesque seaside town. A real advantage is the dedicated secure parking, which is a rare and valuable bonus in such a central area. However, the true highlight is the incredible view from every room overlooking the historic harbour bridge, which lifts to allow sailboats through at set times of the day. It is mesmerizing to watch, and I could easily spend hours on the balcony enjoying the passing fishing boats and leisure cruisers. The location is ideal, with easy access to the town centre on one side of the bridge, while the other side offers a great selection of bars, restaurants, and gift shops. Weymouth also boasts excellent nearby walks, including scenic former railway paths lined with mature trees and beautiful coastal routes with stunning sea views.

We have just had a week stay at the apartment, it is very well stocked and clean. Due to the very hot weather was glad there was a fan. Water pressure is vey good. The view by the town bridge by the harbour is fantastic. We enjoyed the holiday so much we have already booked again for next year.

This apartment was exactly as described, clean, well equipped and extremely comfortable. A great location with a wonderful view and close to pubs and restaurants. Not to forget, secure parking. I highly recommend this apartment.

Amazing location, great access to all of the facilities Weymouth has to offer. Loved the view from the balcony and just watching the world go by.

A very well appointed flat, in a great location. Kitchen had everything we needed. Clean rooms. Very quiet. It was lovely to be overlooking the harbour. Exceptionally convenient having secure, dedicated parking in such a central spot in town.

We had a lovely stay, the apartment is really well situated and the parking was great. The communication with Amy was really good, also they were really accommodating some extra requests. Would like to stay again, probably a cheap time of the year ����

The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and had a great covered balcony overlooking the lifting bridge at the entrance to the marina. We spent quite a bit of time here, watching the fishing boats come and go. The weather was a little chilly, so we were grateful for the responsive central heating. The fluffy bath towels also deserve a mention!

This is a great apartment, great view of the harbour and close to restaurants and shops. The apartment offers a lovely base to relax in.

We spent a few days at Townbridge Retreat and have left feeling very relaxed. It was beautifully clean with good linen and towels. Loved the sitting room with views over the harbour. Bedrooms excellent. Parking was so convenient on site. Nice to sit and relax and easy to get round town and beyond. Ate at SeaBeats which is excellent. Thank you.

This was a perfect 2 bedroom apartment. Secure parking onsite with lift access to the apartment made it so much easier, everything was within easy walking distance and the apartment was spotless when we arrived. No hesitation in recommending.

Lovely flat! Fantastic location and spectacular views. Bright and spotlessly clean. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfy bed. Great shower. Everything smelled delicious -- especially the sheets and towels. Communication with charming Amy was easy-peasy. Cannot say enough about this wonderful flat. Hope to stay here again!

Probably the best Airbnb we've ever experienced. A really great location, with a balcony overlooking the marina and the town bridge. Easy walking to bars, restaurants and shops. The private, secure parking space is a real bonus.

Apartment was in a great location. Very comfortable with great views of Town Bridge operating. We had an excellent week staying here and with very little need to walk too far for food or drinks. Would highly recommend a stay here and are looking and revisiting Weymouth so would not hesitate to stay here on any future visits.

The apartment is a lovely space, was clean and well equipped. The location is great, right in the thick of things! The pubs and eateries of the harbour are on your doorstep, with the town centre beyond and the sea front a little further. All within easy walking distance, even for little legs. We loved watching the boats come and go, and the bridge! Weymouth has plenty to keep you entertained, but exploring the wider coast is a must!

We had a wonderful stay during April. The apartment was in a great location, private parking, wonderful views. The apartment had everything we required for our stay, it looked newly furnished, high end furniture, great decor, spacious. The balcony and French doors from the bedroom and living room provided great views and we loved watching the bridge and boats passing through. There were plenty of good restaurants, coffee shops and shops within a few minutes walk. I would definitely recommend a stay here, it was wonderful.

For us, this was the best location we've ever stayed. literally by Townbridge that opens for boats every 2 hours on summer schedule, and it never gets boring! If you love boats and people watching, you'll love the views. Although busy during the day, it was still peaceful, especially at night. We all enjoyed the waving to the boats! 1 min stroll into town, 30 seconds to harbour, 15 mins to Nothe Fort & Gardens, 5-10 to beach. Fantastic restaurants close by inc Fish and chips. Spacious bedrooms, luxurious bath, comfiest sofa and armchairs we've ever sat on. We didn't use TV all week, but did enjoy the stereo being on in background, although in evening we could hear live music somewhere most nights which was great. Amy was great host and very speedily helped us with anything we needed.

The location is amazing. We parked up and didn't need the car for the entire week. Plenty of places to explore on foot and lots of great food places. The apartment is well equipped and very clean. Highly recommend this location and accommodation. We hope to visit again one day!

The apartment was so lovely, the view over the harbour was beautiful. Very clean and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. Lots of storage space. So many nice places to visit right on the doorstep.

We stayed for a week. Great flat and lovely spot. We liked watching the bridge go up and down. Right in the centre of the action but quite quiet. Flat was great and we can honestly say we'd return - and not done this in many flats. Great price too - hopefully return next year.

The apartment was exactly what we were looking for with it being located right in the heart of things with options to walk in many directions from it.

We just checked out from an amazing week-long stay! The Airbnb exceeded all our expectations - beautifully decorated, cozy, and spotlessly clean. The fully stocked kitchen meant we could eat in if we wanted. The location was perfect, with fantastic restaurants and bars right on the doorstep. A short walk to the beach! Watching the famous Weymouth lifting bridge from the window was a highlight; my father-in-law loved it and watched it every morning and evening! The hosts were fantastic, always quick to respond to messages and very helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would definitely recommend it. Thank you Amy and George for a very beautiful apartment! We've had a fantastic time! I definitely recommend you book here :)

Big thank you to Amy we loved staying at her flat it beautiful,warm, cosy and very homely also the best host we turned up with milk in fridge, biscuits, tea and coffee and sugar for us and also messaged to make sure had arrived and that we was ok and offered clean bedding and towels we would definitely stay again many thanks Charlotte, Tom and Lee.

We had a brilliant stay. The accommodation was in the perfect location for Weymouth and the surrounding areas. The flat had everything we needed and was spacious enough for all four of us. Amy was super helpful with all our queries. A great stay! Would highly recommend!

We had a short 4 night break at the end of March, and found the apartment warm, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed watching the bridge open to let boats through and found parking to be a real plus.

Absolutely loved Amy's place,very clean, spacious, fantastic Views, easy access, great parking facilities,plenty to do, 5 minutes walk to the beach, on the harbour, added bonus a balcony over looking the harbour, very friendly and very helpful staff from jurassic Coast holiday homes, will definitely be returning, thank you so much Martin & Bridget
