I stayed on 9th May 2025 for 7 nights. Location could not have been better. So close to the pier, beach and all the excellent shops, pubs and restaurants. 5 minute walking distance. Cooked most days as all the facilities were high quality. I was genuinely blown away by serene and relaxing interior décor and quietness. Rooms exceeded my expectations -very clean and of high standard. Highlight of my stay was the proximity to fantastic coasting walks to Old Harry Rocks and on top of hill behind the Pier. Saw some incredible sunrises and sunsets - breathtaking.
Cutter cottage is ideal if you're looking for a 4 bed property in a great location with parking. We have stayed 3 times and will hopefully be returning next year. The Cottage is well maintained and fully kitted out. A very short walk from the beach and shops and makes a great base for exploring the local area from. Listing says you can fit a small car in the garage, but this year I fit a Kia Niro comfortably inside, and last year last year I squeezed a Vauxhall Astra Estate with towbar in.

We absolutely loved our stay in Swanage. The cottage is perfectly located with everything on the doorstep and a stones throw from the huge, sandy beach. Loads of shops and restaurant choices and so much to do in the surrounding area as well.

The cottage was perfect for a few nights away. Less than 30 seconds away from swanage high street, you are surrounded by lots of pubs and shops. back! Michelle was great with communication and answered any questions we had. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Ideal cottage for family of four. Perfect position to explore Swanage Town as well as surrounding coast walks. Close to high street so all amenities with in walking distance. Clean and tidy with everything required for a short break. All made for very enjoyable stay.
