Pebbles provides spacious living accommodation spread over three
floors, featuring two large en-suite bedrooms, both with sea views
and tasteful decor. The naturally bright open-plan kitchen, dining,
and sitting room are located on the second floor with a balcony
where you can relax and enjoy the views of the sea along with a
glass of wine. The Haven is perfectly situated at the water's
edge, providing direct access to the sea through a private gate.
The property also offers unparalleled vistas of the surrounding
natural beauty with sea views from every window. The views span
over to the picturesque Swanage Bay and the dramatic limestone
formations of Old Harry Rocks.
Ground floor:
Entrance hall with storage and utility cupboard housing the washing machine, access from both carports. Stairs to the first floor.
First Floor:
Bedrooms; Access to both bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and intergrated wardrobes. Bedroom One offers a King size bed and benefits from a modern ensuite with shower over bath. Bedroom two is complete with Twin 2ft 6 beds that can be linked together to create a kingsize bed on request (please request bed make up at the time of booking). This bedroom has a shower room ensuite.
Second Floor:
Kitchen/Diner: comprises induction hob, extractor fan, electric oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
Sitting Room: Open plan with the kitchen/diner: flat screen smart TV, DVD player, L shaped sofa along with two reclining chairs, Juliet balcony overlooking Swanage bay and a further balcony with seating and sea views.

Bedding: Linen and Towels provided, please bring your own beach towels
Parking: Private parking for two cars, in carports each side of the front door.
Please Note: The Haven is an exclusive complex and 'Pebbles' is only suitable for children over the age of eight.
