Description
Comfort Hill is a stunning coastal holiday home, located at the top of Bowleaze Hill, it offers breathtaking panoramic views of Weymouth Bay, making it an ideal retreat for families or groups seeking a coastal getaway.
Living Room: The main living room is the most spectacular room in the house, with sliding patio doors which frame the stunning view of Weymouth Bay and over to Portland. The room is split into two levels and benefits from relaxed sofa seating where you can sit and admire the view.
Dining Room: The dining area is open plan with the main living space, with large farmhouse style dining table and seating for up to eight guests.
Kitchen: Situated in the heart of the house is the shaker style fitted kitchen, complete with all modern integrated appliances including dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There is also an AGA (available on request from May - September) and a conventional electric 'Miele' double oven and hob for use during the summer months. Enjoy a morning coffee from the Nespresso coffee machine and listening to your favourite music on the DAB radio. The kitchen has magnificent views of Weymouth Bay, which can be enjoyed from the breakfast table or breakfast bar with stools.
TV Room: The TV room is located just off the main living space, with sofa seating and a wall mounted smart TV. Large windows frame the sea views.
Games Room: Across the hallway is a games room, with easy sofa seating, a table football table, Nintendo switch and books and games for all ages.
Ground Floor Bedroom: On the ground floor is a twin bedroom, with a pair of single beds, sea views from the side aspect window and its own en-suite shower room, with a walk-in shower, wash hand basin and W.C.
First Floor: Up to the first floor there are three large bedrooms; two king size and one twin along with a further two family bathrooms. The bedrooms and bathrooms have been renovated to an extremely high standard with beautiful décor throughout. Doors open from all three bedrooms to a stunning glass balcony with fantastic panoramic views of Weymouth Bay.
Balcony: Doors open out from each of the first-floor bedrooms to a stunning glass balcony, where you can admire the breathtaking and uninterrupted views from such an elevated position. There is seating on the balcony, so you can relax and enjoy an evening glass of wine. Please take care on the balcony and do not leave small children unattended at any time.
Garden & Hot Tub: The south facing garden is a perfect place to relax. A large patio houses the hot tub, along with gas BBQ and outdoor dining table and relaxed seating. A lawn sweeps around the patio, which is fully enclosed with a fence running around the entire property. We have a gardener who attends the property once a fortnight to mow the lawns on a Tuesday afternoon (weather permitting), they will do their best not to disturb you whilst on holiday!
Driveway and Parking: The property benefits from a large gated, gravel driveway with parking for up to five cars. The garage is available on request only.
Pets: Up to two dogs welcome, we politely request that dogs always remain on the ground floor. We provide a stairgate which is fixed to the bottom of the staircase to assist with this.
Families: Highchair and Travel Cot provided, please bring your own cot bedding.

Great get away, allowing the family to all stay under one roof at an amazing location!
Comfort Hill was the perfect spot to celebrate my 35th birthday with my family of 8 - including a baby, an infant, and a dog! The villa has chill vibes, plenty of space, and the owners were super friendly and helpful. Ideal for a big family getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at Comfort Hill. The property is wonderfully furnished and well laid out to accomodate all guests. The games room is a great addition keeping the kids happy whilst the adults can relax looking at the amazing view from the sitting room, garden or hot tub! The location is perfect, with a five minute stroll to the beach for a dip or an easy walk into Weymouth for a more traditional holiday vibe. We also walked to Osmington Mill for a delicious meal in the Smuggler's Inn and Sutton Pontyz for a great meal in the Springhead pub. Both great walks. I would highly recommend a visit to Comfort Hill.

Stunning house with a view like no other. Tonnes of space and overall a great house to completely unwind and take a step back from life. My family and I needed a break and we feel so much more refreshed after our visit here to Weymouth. House was incredibly spotless, beautifully presented just like the photos. Overall it was easy to access and check in - clear instructions manual and any additional questions I had, the team were very responsive (Thank you Amy). Superb location - beach and town centre at the front and then the wilderness at the back. This stay couldn't be faulted one bit and I would highly recommend!
We recently stayed at Comfort Hill with our baby and dog. The house is absolutely stunning with great views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was also great for our dog with plenty of walks near by. I would definitely recommend and hope to be back!
Fantastic place to stay with amazing views in a very spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean house. To just sit looking out of the huge window at the boats and across to Weymouth and Portland and along the coast is a very relaxing and great way to spend some time and full use was made of the excellent games room when not admiring the view. Very comfy beds and we all slept well. Communication with Amy was perfect with quick responses and very detailed instructions beforehand and in the folder that's available on arrival. Always nice to have a little welcome pack of goodies waiting for you as well. For anyone that comes to this area to walk I can recommend the circular walk around Portland. Some stunning views along the coastline and on the island itself. I can also recommend the café that's nearly opposite the house for a decent breakfast and we were all impressed with Weymouth itself especially around the harbour area. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to this area

We had a lovely week here over Easter 2023. Amy and George were very helpful before our stay and had the house all ready for us (including new stair gate and travel cot set up for our little one). The house was beautifully presented and the view from the lounge is even better than in the pictures - we spent hours just relaxing and watching the boats and harbour. The kids loved the table football, table tennis and cinema-style smart TV. We also enjoyed using the hot tub several times during our stay. The house is well located just outside of Weymouth, and plenty to do in the surrounding area so we were kept very busy. There were a couple of minor teething issues as it was the start of the season, but George and Amy made it their top priority and sorted very promptly, which gave us great confidence that the property is managed effectively and professionally. George even came round to offer additional garden furniture when the weather warmed up. Fantastic experience all round!

We had a great stay at this property as a family with young children, parents and grand parents. The house really has the wow factor when you walk in for the first time. The view from the sitting area is stunning. There was a welcome pack with tea/milk/biscuits/ bottle of bubbly waiting for us on arrival. Lots of living space so kids can be noisy in the games room or the TV room and grand parents could still have a quiet cup of tea in the sitting area whilst enjoying the view. The kitchen was well equipped. Everything was squeaky clean including hot tub. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable.
