Great stay. Would highly recommend.
This was our first time of booking a house via Air B an B, we was passed over from Julie the owner to Jurassic Coast Holiday Homes as Julie was stepping back. Communication from Julie and then Amy and the team at Jurassic Coast Holiday Homes was outstanding. Nothing was to much trouble, emails was sent back and forth and then contact made on to check things and see if we wanted the bedding changed as we were staying for two weeks. When we arrived we were blown away with the house and the views out at see were absolutely outstanding, We had seen it on pictures and it looked good but then to view in person was breathe taking. We met the owners on the first day , and the gentleman said he would come and cut the grass at one point if that was ok which when he did , he spoke to us again but then just carried on and did not disturb us at all. We had a bit of car trouble so asked the owners about garages to fix our car and they recommended a garage and that garage was spot on as well and it was nice to have a little local knowledge, cause although we always come to Weymouth we normally stay on Bowlease Cove and know round there and the town but there was maps and information on local walks and trails which we did and was pleasantly surprised of what is on the doorstep which in all the years of coming had never ventured on different parts so was lovely to experience different side.. The cleaning ladies came in towards the end of our first week to change the beds and clean bathrooms over, and they really are a credit to the company again very knowledgeable and so friendly and lovely to talk to it's the personal touch which goes a long way.. My husband could not figure out the coffee machine so the one lady did it with him, however it was leaking and not working properly, so she said she will.report back that it was not working , then literally later on that day, ( couple hours if that) Julie brought us a brand new coffee machine and pods . We really was not expecting this at all , so quick to solve it, and assist us. To have everything from full kitchen to washing machine, dryer, fridge a chest freezer and also a dishwasher to name just a few things ! To be able to put washing out on a proper rotary line, and a really big clothes airer inside instead of one that just falls over ever five minutes and not having to put towels over the verada to dry and hope they had not fallen of by the time you came home , and not spend time in the laundry on site is a luxury we never knew we needed ! So many extra s from coffee pods, dishwasher tablets soap to much to list really. The level of detail and care that goes into making sure everything is at hand or only a call or email away , the folders with how to work everything within the house is brilliant and local walks, take aways etc , the house is really home from home with all the utensils and a fully fitted kitchen books.and games for the children inside and out , then the extra pillows and hair dryers on all the rooms is also fantastic. . The little welcome pack of essentials was well needed to get in and be able to have a much need cup of tea with out having to grab stuff straight away, is lovely touch, and well the chocolates on beds did not last long when our daughter explored round the rooms. The storage space is brilliant, and to have so much room for everything.and may sound silly but to actually be able to hang clothes up in a wardrobe and not run out of hangers! Not having to take all towels (only needed our own beach towels) ment more room on the way down but it is safe to say with filled it with all holiday souvenirs on the way back! We had a home delivery (because of our car trouble at the beginning) to be able to have this to the doorstep is great , when on the caravan park you have to come of site to meet them outside as the vans are not allowed on site. This was also a big thumbs up for us. All the neighbors are very friendly and spoke every time we seen them, and was even a very friendly cat which like to come on to the patio, which my daughter loved however my mom is scared of cats and cousin has allergies, but the cat was not any trouble.and really really friendly and just wanted fuss and attention. We did not miss the site at all and to be able to still do all the things we normally do and more made it a lovely family holiday. As we say our first time away from caravan holiday and off site but it really did not disappoint and as set the bar high. So much so they we have already booked up via Jurassic Coast Holiday Homes for 2025!
We have had a really great holiday. The property was left really lovely and clean. Tea, milk and biscuits left which was a lovely touch, thank you! Great views and location would highly recommend!!
Lovely spacious accommodation. There was everything we needed and the cleanliness was excellent. The location was quiet and we had a great holiday
It was an absolute joy to stay here. The attention to detail was second to none even down to having a pint of milk, biscuits and tea in the house for us on arrival. Each bed had chocolates on them as well not that we got to see them as our three boys hoovered them up in no time. This is a lovely bright airy house that was an absolute perfect base for us during our tour of the Jurassic Coast. As for Weymouth...I knew nothing about it before our arrival but what a great seaside town.We were sorry to have to leave.Well done.
Lovely stay- the house is large and spacious and well located! The house had everything we needed including a high chair and local recommendations were really useful.
Wonderful location - a great place to stay to explore the area. Lots of things to do within 30-40mins drive, beautiful coastal walks, local villages, National Trust properties etc. It is a lovely house which was really quiet and well equipped with everything you'd need and more. Amazing views across to Weymouth Bay from the front terrace and a nice back garden too! We loved our stay!
We enjoyed our stay in Pebble House. It is comfortable and well equipped. Most of all we liked the view over Weymouth bay.
Great location, great hosts! Would go again!
Fabulous 'home from home' with everything you needed. Great location to explore lovely Dorset, thank you!
Beautiful holiday home, huge rooms and plenty of space for kids to run around. It had a wonderful view of the sea and easy to get around by car. The owners of the house were absolutely lovely, they have even did a little balloon show for the kids which was so unexpected and the kids totally loved it. Thank you so so much.
Had a great stay. Small issue with the bath was quickly attended to. Thanks to Amy and George! Would stay here again!
Julie and Andy really put in a lot of work to make the place feel right at home , I've been so used to taking extra stuff as a lot of Airbnb's have stuff missing , but this one had everything you need and more. It was so well accommodated especially for the kids. The folders that were put out with all the information was fab. The place was exceptionally tidy. It was just amazing I would honestly recommend to anyone. And of course we cannot forget the stunning views :)
Had a lovely few days
The house was incredibly clean and had everything we needed - clean towels, pots and pans, etc. The area is peaceful, with stunning views of the sea on the front patio. The garden at the back is also lovely, especially in the evening. Weymouth beach and town centre are a stonethrow away, with Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove round the corner. We had an absolutely wonderful time and can't wait to go back again. Amy and Geroge were prompt with their responses and were able to help with anything we needed. I would thoroughly recommend this place! Thank you for having us!
Lots of room for 6 people, lovely terrace and back
garden.
everything you need is provided. Nice quiet location , 35
mins walk into Weymouth.
The house is really beautiful offering a nice view at the veranda. We stayed for a weekend for a birthday and it was made more special by the homely atmosphere. The location is great too as only 10 minutes away from the town centre and the beach.
Perfect location for a short break. Lovely personal touches to make it feel like home from home. Many thanks
