Upstairs, the newly fitted family bathroom offers both a walk-in shower and a free-standing bath, adding a touch of luxury to your stay. There are two double bedrooms on the first floor and an additional loft room with two single beds, making this cottage a great choice for families or groups of friends.

Just a short stroll away you'll discover Newton's Cove, perfect for exploring rock pools or enjoying shallow waters at low tide. With everything accessible on foot and unrestricted street parking nearby, you won't need to move your car once you've arrived!

Rose Cottage makes a delightful base for your Dorset getaway, combining traditional cottage charm with a superb location close to the beach, harbour and all the attractions of Weymouth.

Kitchen: Fitted kitchen with integrated dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There is an AGA in the kitchen, which is available on request. If you prefer conventional appliances, there is also an induction hob and an air fryer. Breakfast bar with stools and patio doors opening out to the garden. 

Living and dining room: Comfortable sofa seating, wall mounted TV with online channels and piano. There is a pull out dining table to seat four guests, armchair and feature fireplace. 

First floor: Two double bedrooms and large family bathroom with walk-in shower and free-standing bath.

Second floor: Loft conversion with two single beds, glimpses of the sea. 

Utility Room: Utility with washing machine, sink and W.C.

Pets:  Sorry, no pets. 

Garden: Enclosed rear garden with outdoor seating.

Parking: On-street parking is available in nearby residential streets. There is a small driveway (3.6 m) which guests are welcome to use for unloading on arrival and for parking during their stay if suitable. Please note that the street directly in front of the property is narrow, and any parking there is the guest's own responsibility.

Bed Linen and Towels: Provided, please bring your own beach towels.
