The Space
Townbridge Retreat is a centrally located, two bedroom apartment situated along the bustling waterfront, overlooking Weymouth's historic town bridge. The apartment is bright and welcoming, flooded with natural light from the glass balcony doors which frame the stunning harbour view. The living space is open plan, with the living, kitchen and dining area all in one. Through the hallway are two bedrooms; A double en-suite and a twin, along with a family bathroom. There is private parking for one car in a ground floor gated parking area. Access to the apartment is via three flights of stairs or the lift.
Living room; Open plan with the kitchen and dining area, comfortable seating for four guests, harbour views, flatscreen smart TV, WiFi, sound system and dining table to seat four when pulled away from the wall
Kitchen; compact and well equipped kitchen; Hob, oven, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board
Bedrooms; 1) Double master bedroom with harbour views and 'turn and tilt' balcony doors. The double bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room, complete with shower cubicle, wash hand basin and W.C. 2) Just down the hallway is the twin bedroom, with a pair of single beds and harbour views from both windows.
Bathrooms; 1) Family bathroom accessed from hallway; complete with bath, wash hand basin and W.C. 2) En-suite shower room adjoined to master bedroom.
Balcony: Doors open from the living room out to a private balcony which overlooks the harbour bridge. The balcony has a bistro set table and chairs, ideal for two people.

Guest Provisions: Bedding and towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. We supply a welcome pack of basic guest supplies to get your holiday started, including milk, biscuits, toilet roll, hand soap and washing up liquid.

Private Parking and Access: The property benefits from one private parking space in the ground floor parking area, as well as the option of stairs or lift access. Please note, if for any reason the lift is out of action, the apartment is situated on the second floor of the apartment block.
