Bay Retreat is a delightful, one bedroom apartment situated along the Esplanade, overlooking the Jubilee Clock with views of Weymouth Bay. The central location of this 2nd floor apartment makes it an ideal base for a couple or a family looking for a beachside holiday. Pet friendly, private parking.

The space

Bay Retreat is accessed via a well kept communal staircase, once inside the apartment is light and airy with a relaxed feel. The open plan living, kitchen and dining area is well equipped and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Sash windows overlook the Esplanade below, over to Weymouth beach and the blue sea beyond. We provide binoculars to enable you to look out at the ships and boats out to sea, that come and go throughout the year. The modern kitchen benefits from an undercounter integrated fridge and freezer, as well as a washing machine, microwave, induction hob and electric oven. The living room is cosy and comfortable, with a smart TV and a large 3 seater settee which can be made into a sofa bed (on request). If you would like to use the sofa bed, please let us know when you book. The King size bedroom is at the back of the apartment, and benefits from a comfortable bed along with plenty of storage. The family bathroom comprises a 'P' shape bath, with shower overhead, wash hand basin, heated towel rail and W.C.

The allocated parking space is in the car park at the back of the property and is yours for the duration of your stay. The apartment is pet friendly for one dog.

Weymouth seafront is a picturesque stretch along the English Channel, known for its golden sandy beach and vibrant esplanade. Lined with Georgian buildings, it offers panoramic views, seaside promenades, and a bustling atmosphere with various shops, cafes, and entertainment options. The historic Weymouth Pavilion adds to the charm, making it a popular destination for both locals and tourists.

Guest access

Guests are able to use the private parking space for the duration of their stay - the car parking space is suitable for medium size family cars, but not ideal for estate cars. The entrance area and staircase up to the apartment are shared. The apartment has it's own private entrance.

Fabulous Apartment

Bay Retreat was the perfect base for our short break in Weymouth. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable with sensational views. Despite being on the sea front, it was very quiet at night. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious and modern, and the overall decoration was a lovely blend of old & new. There was even a generous welcome pack which was much appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay . Highly recommended.

Lovely apartment in a great location

Our stay here was comfortable and convenient. The kitchen is spacious, the bathroom was excellent, and the sleeping room was quiet at night. Everything was very clean and parking spot is included. Great way to be right in the middle of the beach scene but also have a cool, quiet respite.

Delightful flat with everything nearby

We loved everything about our stay. The apartment is beautifully & tastefully decorated and has a wonderful view across the esplanade to the beach - so close we could hear the waves breaking on the shore. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We got an excellent, immediate& friendly response from Jurassic Coast Holiday Homes with a query about an alarm beeping - & this was on a Sunday afternoon. The location is perfect - everything within a short walk but on a quieter part of the seafront.

Can't wait to come back

The flat is so beatiful and the view from there is stunning! Also, the location couldn't be better, walk distance to the shops, pubs and restaurants. Can't wait to come back.

Lovely accommodation with quality fixtures and fittings

We have been visiting Weymouth since we were children and never stayed in such a lovely property with such Amazing views!
Lovely accommodation with quality fixtures and fittings. Bed linen and towels smelt soo nice and clean. Binoculars were a lovely touch as was the tea and coffee welcome pack. Our son enjoyed looking out to sea with them.
Easy check in procedure and great communication with Amy.
A brilliant way to spend a family New Year weekend. All 4 of us and our minature Daschund truly enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to return.
