The property benefits from side access with a hose pipe to wash off paddleboards, bikes or even sandy dogs from a day at the beach. There is a paved seating area as you step out of the house, with rattan outdoor seating, glass topped dining table and cushions - perfect for enjoying a BBQ on a summers evening. Further up the lawned garden is a decked seating area, where you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sunshine.
All four bedrooms each have their own style, and are arranged over the top two floors. The first floor is home to the family bathroom, with walk in shower and feature freestanding bath.
