Really lovely house in a great location. Great views only a couple of minutes away and nice being a walkable distance to the beach and centre of town

We just enjoyed a wonderful week at Holly Tree House in Swanage! Amy and George have created a beautifully decorated home which is spacious, clean, clutter-free and has everything you need. The garden was lovely too - we sat there watching shooting stars at night and enjoyed fresh apples from the tree at breakfast! Location is perfect too - you can walk to Durlston Country Park in 5 minutes and Swanage town centre in 10. Two extra things really stood out for us - firstly, the ground floor bedroom and ensuite was perfect for my mother who walks with a frame (there is a small step into the shower but she was fine with that). So a real plus for inter-generational holidays. Secondly, the electric charger was so convenient and meant there was no need to charge at a service station on the way to/from our home in London.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Dorset, loved our stay at Holly Tree House, were sad to leave abd would definitely come back in future! Well done Amy and George

Great Location; walkable into town and peaceful in garden.

Lovely place to stay, well appointed overall and spacious. A bit of luxury for a family birthday get-together. Very comfortable beds. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated having some supplies left for us: coffee pods; teabags; milk; biscuits; dishwasher tablets. WiFi worked without a hitch and we were pleased to have the option to pay to use the EV charger - just make sure you have your own cable.
